CAAG Leadership

President

Robert has been the owner of Christian Brothers Mechanical in Austell, Georgia for almost two decades. He was appointed to the CAAG Board in 2019 as the West Metro Director. Under his leadership, they were named Chapter of the Year twice.

President-Elect

Brian is the owner of Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning in Norcross working in the industry for over 40 years. He is a longtime member of the MAACA Chapter, serving four times as their President. Additionally, he’s been a devoted CAAG member, serving on the board since 2020.

Vice President

Michael started with J R Hobbs Co, based in Lawrenceville, in 1992.  He left Hobbs in 2009 to work for Peachtree Service Experts only to return to Hobbs 4 years later.  He is now the primary license holder for J R Hobbs with HVAC licenses in 12 other states.  He’s served on the CAAG board since 2019. He lives in Covington, GA.

Treasurer

Victor grew up in the industry as the son and grandson of HVAC-R contractors.  He is the president and owner of Creighton Laircey Co, Inc.  He has been a member of CSRA CAAG since 2013.  As president, they were named chapter of the year in 2017. Victor has served on the CAAG Board since 2016. 

Secretary

Cherri is the operations manager for E. Dennis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. She has worked full-time in the HVAC industry since 2005. She grew up in the trade at Powers Heating and Air. She has been active in MAACA and CAAG for many years and served on the Board since 2019. 

Immediate Past-President

Lamar is the owner and president of Pendley Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc, founded in March 1961. He has worked full time in the HVAC industry since 1969 but learned the trade when he was just 10 years old. He has been a member of the CAAG board for six years and is located in Cartersville, Georgia.
